HappiJac Camper Jack Maintenance Tips

  1. Frequently check all mounting screws and hardware for tightness and proper jack alignment. 

  2. Every six months, apply automotive wax to the mounting brackets and both the inner and outer tubes of the jack. 

  3. Fully extend the jacks to the red safety line once a year to redistribute lubrication evenly along the screw shaft. If necessary, remove the top cap and re-grease the gears with white lithium grease, and lightly oil the bearings. 

  4. After periods of non-use or if the jack seems to labor more than usual, add a few drops of light oil (e.g., 3-in-1) into the oil hole in the crank socket, then run the jack to distribute the oil.
